A big second quarter, during which the Nuggets outscored the Bobcats by 12, helped Denver jump out to a 64-46 lead at half. They held the Bobcats to 42 points in the second half to preserve the lead.

Seven players finished with double-digit scoring efforts for the Nuggets, including Kosta Koufos (16), Andre Iguodala (15), Kenneth Faried (15), JaVale McGee (14), Danilo Gallinari (12), Jordan Hamilton (11) and Corey Brewer (10). Beyond his 15 points, Iguodala’s impressive stat line also included eight rebounds, eight assists and two steals.
