Another game day, another road game for the Denver Nuggets. Denver -- in the midst of a five-game road trip -- is in Detroit to play the Pistons Tuesday night, looking to bounce back from a 112-106 loss to the New York Nicks on Sunday.
Denver only has a win over the Indiana Pacers to show since the road trip started with a loss to the Atlanta Hawks last Wednesday. The five-game trip wraps up on Wednesday at the Minnesota Timberwolves, before the Nuggets return home to play the Memphis Grizzlies on Friday -- after which they hit the road yet again for a game at Sacramento this weekend. Denver (10-11) has only had back-to-back home games once all season.
Struggling Detroit (7-16) would seem to be a nice spot for the Nuggets to get a win, but Denver has lost six of seven games at Auburn Hills. Overall, the Nuggets have lost five of their last six road games.
The Nuggets and Pistons tip off at 5:30 p.m. MT from the Palace at Auburn Hills. The game is available locally on Altitude.
