The Denver Nuggets enjoyed a successful Thanksgiving weekend, winning twice to extend their winning streak to four games, and improve their record to 8-6 on the season.

Denver started the weekend off with a 102-91 win over the Golden State Warriors on Friday night. Andre Iguodala led all scorers with 29 points in the contest, while Danilo Gallinari added 20 points and seven rebounds in Denver's win. Kenneth Faried grabbed a game-high 11 rebounds.

The Nuggets finished the weekend by handing the Hornets their seventh straight loss. Once again, Iguodala led all scorers in the game, with 23 points. Faried grabbed a game-high 12 rebounds, while adding 14 points in the double-double effort.

After the two wins, the Nuggets now trail the Oklahoma City Thunder by just two games in the Northwest division. Denver has a one game lead on the Utah Jazz, and a one and a half game lead over the Portland Trailblazers.
