The NBA preseason is here. Can you smell it? It smells like players watching from the bench. The first two, at least in the case of the Denver Nuggets are Andre Miller and Wilson Chandler, both of whom will miss the Nuggets' first preseason game on Saturday against the Clippers.
#Nuggets @coachkarl22 says Andre Miller and @wilsonchandler (hip) won't play in preseason game Saturday. Miller just getting rest.

Neither absence is anything to worry about. Miller is 36 years old so he nows how to prepare for a season and will have to take time off something. Chandler's injury is not considered serious and is in no danger to miss any regular season games so there is no issue there either. This is just the preseason being the preseason.
After playing the Clippers on Saturday in Las Vegas, the Nuggets will be off for six days before their second preseason game against the Spurs in San Antonio. Their first home preseason game will follow three days later against the Warriors.
