After a strong road victory over the Clippers by a 106-104 score, the Denver Nuggets will look to continue their success in the preseason when they travel to San Antonio to face the Spurs.
As the Nuggets won in dramatic fashion with a Ty Lawson layup going in just before the buzzer sounded, the Spurs also needed very late heroics as Nando De Colo hit a 3-pointer with less than a second left to lift the team to a 101-99 win over the Hawks.
With just six games remaining before a regular season tip-off for the Nuggets on Oct. 31, they will look to continue to build on the chemistry of new players trying to mesh with the team's roster. Most notably, all-star Andre Iguodala is trying to successfully integrate into the Nuggets roster after eight seasons with the 76ers.
In his preseason debut with the Nuggets, Iguodala played in 25 minutes and scored eight points, while also adding six rebounds, three assists and three steals.
Tip-off at the AT&T Center is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. MT.
