Sun Belt Tournament 2012 Bracket Update: No. 1 Seed Middle Tennessee St. Falls In Quarterfinals

March madness struck the Sun Belt Conference Tournament on Sunday when top-seeded Middle Tennessee State lost 64-61 to No. 9 seed Arkansas State. The Blue Raiders had been the dominant team in the league all season en route to a 14-2 record in conference play, but now their season may be finished. There still is some chance that the Blue Raiders will receive an at-large bid to the NCAA tournament, but they're going to be sweating come Selection Sunday.

In other Sun Belt tournament action, No. 5 seed North Texas beat No. 4 seed Louisiana-Lafayette 65-62. North Texas will meet Arkansas State in one semifinal matchup on Monday; the other semifinal matchup has yet to be determined.
