NCAA Hockey Bracket 2012: Air Force To Face No. 1 Boston College; No. 3 Denver Takes On Ferris State

The 2012 NCAA Hockey Tournament bracket has been announced, and, as expected, the Air Force Falcons and the Denver Pioneers received lows seeds, the former a No. 4 seed and the latter a No. 3 seed. The Falcons are in the Northeast region and the Pioneers in the Midwest.

The Falcons play the No. 1 overall seed in the tournament, the Boston College Eagles on Saturday, March 24, at 2:00 p.m. MT in Worcester, MA. The game can be seen on ESPNU and ESPN3.com. Should the Falcons pull off the impossible (and they've done it or come close to it in previous season), they will face either defending champion Minnesota-Duluth or Maine.

The Pioneers drew the No. 2 Ferris State Bulldogs on Friday, March 23, at 3:30 p.m. MT. The game can be seen live in Green Bay, WI, or on ESPN3.com. The winner then plays either No. 1 (No. 2 overall) Michigan or No. 4 Cornell.
