The past several weeks have not been kind to Colorado's college hockey teams.
The University of Denver Pioneers continued their awful winless streak for yet another weekend and fell another couple spots in the USCHO official rankings, released on Friday. They dropped down from No. 11 to No. 14, while their record dropped down to 9-6-3. Colorado College remained off of the charts again after another mediocre week on the ice, garnering seven votes after falling completely out of the Top 20 last week.
Boston College, New Hampshire and Notre Dame were the three teams that received first-place votes in the rankings. Minnesota and Miami (Ohio) rounded out the top five of this week's rankings.
The Air Force Falcons, as per usual, did not end up anywhere near the final rankings. The Falcons' overall record is currently 5-7-2 after their latest two games, a win and a tie against Bentley.
