The Denver Pioneers are staying in-state for their next road game, as they'll be going to Fort Collins to visit the Colorado State Rams. Denver hasn't lost a game in 2012 yet, but it'll likely be challenged by a Colorado State team that's been playing well of late.
The Rams, currently 10-4 on the season, have won five consecutive games since losing to then-No. 5 Duke on Dec. 7. This is Colorado State's final game before the Rams begin their Mountain West Conference schedule with a home game against TCU on Jan. 14.
For the Pioneers, it's a short break from their Sun Belt Conference schedule. Denver is currently 3-1 against conference opponents this season, and returns to its conference schedule with a game against Western Kentucky following Wednesday's match-up with Colorado State.
