The Denver Pioneers are visiting the Utah State Aggies on Wednesday night as they hope to rebound from losing their first game of the season. Currently 4-1 on the year, Denver lost to then-No. 18 California on Nov. 26, but they're hoping that a match against an up-and-down Utah State team can help them to get back on track. The Aggies are currently 3-2 on the season, alternating wins and losses in their first five games.
It was a rough game for Denver against the Golden Bears, as they lost 80-59 and didn't have a single player score in the double-digits. Presumably they're banking on having a much stronger performance this time around. After this game, they'll be going on a nice home kick, as seven of their next eight games will be in front of the home crowd.
