NBA Free Agency Rumors: Nuggets A Rumored Partner In 3-Way Trade Talks

The Denver Nuggets appear to have been a component in the recent trade discussions led by the Minnesota Timberwolves. According to Darren "Doogie" Wolfson of ESPN 1500, the Nuggets, Wolves and Portland Trail Blazers were all components of a Minnesota endeavor to acquire Blazers restricted free agent SF Nicolas Batum.

Wolfson says the Nuggets may have put up SF Wilson Chandler in the potential trade, but it appears talks have died down since SG Kyle Korver -- another piece of the potential trade -- has since been traded to Atlanta.

The 24-year-old Chandler finished his second season with the Nuggets in 2011-12, but he appeared in only 8 games, averaging 9.4 points and 5.1 rebounds per game.
