2012 NBA Playoffs, Lakers Vs. Nuggets Score Update: L.A. Leads 32-25 After 1st Quarter

The Denver Nuggets need a victory tonight to avoid falling in an 0-2 hole to the Los Angeles Lakers in the first round of the 2012 NBA Playoffs. After one quarter in Game 2, Denver is hanging around. The Nuggets trail the Lakers 32-25 at Staples Center.

Shooting guard Kobe Bryant leads the Lakers with 14 points on 6-of-6 shooting. Center Andrew Bynum also got off to a fast start for L.A., ending the first quarter with 10 points and five rebounds on 4-of-6 shooting.

Guard Arron Afflalo leads the Nuggets with five points on 2-of-5 shooting. Ty Lawson added four points on 1-of-4 shooting. Forward Al Harrington added eight points for Denver off the bench.
