The Denver Nuggets lead the Oklahoma City Thunder 64-58 at halftime on Monday night at Chesapeake Energy Arena. The Nuggets and Thunder have both already clinched playoff sports in the Western Conference, with Denver in sixth place and Oklahoma City in second place.
Point guard Ty Lawson has 13 points, four assists and two steals on 5-of-9 shooting to lead the Nuggets. Forward Danilo Gallinari has 10 points on 2-of-7 shooting (both makes were three-pointers). Rookie forward Kenneth Faried has added eight points and seven rebuonds (five offensive) for Denver at the half.
Kevin Durant is fighting Kobe Bryant for the scoring title, and the Thunder star already has 20 points on 7-of-12 shooting. Russell Westbrook has 16 points on 7-of-12 shooting, as well.
