Al Harrington Injury: Harrington To Miss One Of Next Two Games

As Denver Nuggets forward Al Harrington battles a torn meniscus in his right knee, George Karl and the Denver staff is preparing to have Harrington miss one of the next two games as they look to get him some rest before the playoffs. Harrignton, who hasn't missed a game this year, is likely to sit out the Nuggets upcoming game against the Minnesota TImberwolves.

Harrington has had a fantastic year coming off the bench for the Nuggets, averaging 14.3 points and 6.1 rebounds a game, and has often found himself carrying the Denver offense for quarters— or games— at a time. With Denver currently slated to take on the Los Angeles Lakers in the first round, Harrington's size will be very much in need.
