Nuggets Vs. Cavaliers Score Update: Denver Leads 27-26 After One

The Denver Nuggets entered the night riding a four-game win streak, and played host to an ice cold Cleveland Cavaliers squad at the Pepsi Center in the second game of a lengthy homestand. After one quarter of play, the Nuggets cling to a slight advantage over the visiting Cavaliers 27-26.

As many as eight Nuggets players did manage to score a point in the opening 12 minutes however, representing a level of balance that is in stark contrast with the Cavaliers, who received 14 of their 26 points from veteran forward Antawn Jamison.

Nuggets center Nene Hilario leads the way with six points in the scoring column, while Ty Lawson and Al Harrington have each chipped in five apiece.
