Nuggets Vs. Timberwolves Score Update: Denver Trails 68-43 At Halftime

The Denver Nuggets are trailing 68-43 against the Minnesota Timberwolves going into halftime following a rough first half performance. With Denver's defense being characteristically bad and its offense being uncharacteristically bad, the team has essentially looked disjointed all afternoon.

After a rough offensive first quarter, things only improved slightly in the second. The Nuggets are shooting 42 percent from the field while having over twice as many turnovers as the Timberwolves thus far. Minnesota, on the other hand, has knocked down 52 percent of its shots, shot a perfect 8-for-8 from the charity stripe, and grabbed nine offensive rebounds already.

As usual, Kevin Love is having another big game for the Timberwolves with 13 points, 12 rebounds, four assists, two steals and two blocks in the first half. Luke Ridnour has also been huge for Minnesota, scoring 17 points on 7-of-7 shooting and dishing five assists.

The Nuggets don't have a player that's scored in double-digits yet, but Wilson Chandler leads the way with eight points. Corey Brewer, starting in place of the suspended Arron Afflalo, has scored seven points.
