According to ESPN's Marc Stein, the Denver Nuggets and Wilson Chandler are close to coming to an agreement on a new contract:
"It's very, very close," one source said.
Final parameters are still being discussed, sources said, but one scenario on the table is a five-year deal worth in excess of $30 million with a team option in the fifth year.

The deal could be done as early as Friday, according to Stein's source. The Nuggets traded away Nene Hilario on Thursday, and it appears that move helped the Nuggets find the salary cap space needed in order to get a deal with Chandler done.
