Warriors Vs. Nuggets: Denver Holds 51-47 Lead At Halftime

The Denver Nuggets welcomed in the the Golden State Warriors to the Pepsi Arena with the Nuggets looking to get off a four-game losing skid. The Nuggets held a small lead early in the first quarter and built upon it in the second quarter, taking a 51-47 lead into halftime. Nene led the Nuggets in scoring with 12 points and was the only player for Denver in double digit points. While Kenneth Faried scored just eight points in the first half, he did pick up seven rebounds.

If Denver wants to hold on to their lead and snap their losing streak, they'll need to slow down Warriors guard Stephen Curry. Curry leads the Warriors in scoring so far on the night, picking up 21 points in the first half with 4 assists and hitting on 3 of his 6 three-point shot attempts.
