Nuggets Vs. Rockets Score Update: Denver Trails By Two At Halftime

The Denver Nuggets are playing without two starters tonight against the Houston Rockets, but have been able to stick with Kevin McHale's crew through the first half. The Rockets lead 47-45 at halftime at the Pepsi Center.

Denver would have the lead if they could connect on a few three-pointer attempts. Denver is currently 0-for-9 from downtown. The Nuggets are used to topping 30 points in a quarter, but managed just 17 in the second against Houston.

The Rockets were led by Luis Scola, who has 16 points and four rebounds. Kyle Lowry has 12 points and three assists. Shooting guard Courtney Lee has six points off the bench for Houston.

Forward Danilo Gallinari had 10 points and two rebounds in the half for Denver. Ty Lawson has seven points, while Chris Andresen and Rudy Fernandez each came off the bench to score six.

The Nuggets have 13 turnovers, compared to just four for Houston.
