The Denver Nuggets find themselves on the wrong side of the score against the Portland Trail Blazers on Saturday night. At halftime, the Nuggets trail the Blazers, 59-53. This is the Nuggets' third game in as many days.
The Nuggets had been losing late in the second quarter by double-digit points, but in the final three-and-one-half-minutes of the quarter the Blazers managed to score just two points, a LaMarcus Aldridge layup.
After struggling on Friday night, Danilo Gallinari leads the Nuggets with 16 points. Ty Lawson has added 13 points while Kosta Koufos, filling in for Timofey Mozgov, has 10 points and five rebounds. Al Harrington has had a quiet night from off the bench, scoring just two points.
Nicolas Batum leads the Blazers with 17 points while LaMarcus Aldridge isn't far behind with his 15 points. Marcus Camby has grabbed 11 rebounds.
