While Dunk Contest participants have the burden of bringing a sufficient amount of creativity and style to the competition, the players in the Foot Locker Three-Point Shootout will do more or less two things: show up and shoot. And this year, it's the Three-Point Shootout that's bringing the star power to Saturday night's All-Star circus.
The headliners are Oklahoma City's Kevin Durant, who is a late replacement for the injured Joe Johnson, and Minnesota's Kevin Love. Orlando's Ryan Anderson, one of the deadliest long range shooters in the league, will be the hometown favorite, and the crowd in Orlando would likely love to see him take down James Jones and Mario Chalmers of the Miami Heat. Anthony Morrow of the New Jersey Nets rounds out this year's field.
Here's the full list of participants:
- Ryan Anderson, Orlando Magic
- Mario Chalmers, Miami Heat
