Nuggets Vs. Thunder Score Update: Denver Takes 58-53 Lead Into Halftime

The Denver Nuggets have a 58-53 lead at halftime on the road against division-rival Oklahoma City, which is an encouraging development for a Nuggets team that has lost two games in a row.

Four players are in double figures for Denver, with Kosta Koufos and Arron Afflalo leading the way with 11 points apiece. Ty Lawson and Corey Brewer each have 10 points. Denver shot 52.1% from the field in the first half, though the Nuggets did not hit a three-pointer (0-6).

Oklahoma City shot just 42.9% despite Kevin Durant's 7-11 shooting effort. His 20 points are easily the game-high, and Russell Westbrook has 13.
