Nuggets Vs. Knicks Halftime Score: Carmelo Anthony Scores 5 Points, Sees New York Leading, 54-46

The Denver Nuggets are down at halftime against the New York Knicks, 54-46, on Saturday night. In his much anticipated first game against the Nuggets since he was traded last February, Carmelo Anthony has just five points on 2-of-9 shooting, but he has pulled down five boards and dished out the ball for four assists. Rookie Iman Shumpert has 11 points to lead Knicks scorers while Bill Walker has a team-high 13 points.

For the Nuggets, Danilo Gallinari has a game-high 15 points and is second on the team with five rebounds. Nene, who is back from an injured heel, has grabbed seven boards, distributed the ball for four assists and added four points. Timofey Mozgov has added 10 points. However, the team is shooting just 41 percent from the field.
