A wild third quarter packed with missed lay-ups by the Denver Nuggets sees George Karl's squad trail 74-68 after three periods on Monday at the Pepsi Center. Milwaukee's defense stifled Denver in the third quarter, as the Nuggets are now shooting just 39 percent (25-of-63) from the field.
Four Bucks scorers are already in double-figures. Stephen Jackson leads the way for Milwaukee with 15 points on 6-of-14 shooting. Carlos Delfino, Andrew Bogut, and Brandon Jennings have each scored 10 for the Bucks thus far.
Danilo Gallinaro leads Denver with 15 points on 3-of-6 shooting. Point guard Ty Lawson has 14 points on five assists on 6-of-11 shooting. Kosta Koufos -- getting the start at center for the injured Nene -- has eight points through three quarter.
This is Denver's fifth game in six nights.
