Nuggets Roster Update: Jordan Hamilton Recalled From NBADL

With five games in the next six nights, the Denver Nuggets will certainly see their considerable depth tested. One guy that may benefit the most from this congested schedule is Jordan Hamilton, who according to the Denver Nuggets Twitter account has been recalled from the Idaho Stampede of the NBADL:

@denvernuggets: recall rookie G/F from Idaho Stampede of NBA Development League. Hamilton inactive vs. Utah.

Hamilton, who was a first round pick by the Dallas Mavericks, has the potential to provide a scoring boost off the bench for Denver if he is called upon. Hamilton was an excellent scorer at the University of Texas, averaging 18.6 ppg during his sophomore season. However, the talented guard had trouble playing in the confines of the offensive system for Rick Barnes. Hamilton has yet to make his NBA debut, but was averaging 9.7 ppg in his six appearances with the Stampede.
