Nuggets Vs. Lakers Final Score: Denver Stifles Kobe Bryant, Defeats Los Angeles 99-90

As was the case on Saturday, Denver took a slim lead over the Los Angeles Lakers into the fourth quarter, and this time they were able to make the plays they needed down the stretch to win the game. It helped that Kobe Bryant had a dreadful evening from the field, making just six of 28 field goal attempts. Big men Pau Gasol and Andrew Bynum combined for 27 field goal attempts; Gasol was 7-12, while Bynum his eight of 15 attempts.

The Nuggets had to overcome some key players in foul trouble, including Nene Hilario, who scored 13 points in about 33 minutes. Danilo Gallinari led the team with 20 points, Ty Lawson scored 17 and Chris Andersen added 12 points and nine rebounds off the bench.
