Wizards Vs. Nuggets Final Score: Denver Picks Up 12th Victory Since Carmelo Anthony Trade

The Denver Nuggets picked up another win since the Carmelo Anthony trade, making that No. 12 now in 16 games, with a 114-94 victory over the Washington Wizards. Four players scored 17 points for the Nuggets: starters Danilo Gallinari and Ty Lawson and reserves Al Harrington and Chris Andersen. Andersen also grabbed 11 rebounds for his first double-double of the season and included five blocks as well. Harrington's 17 points followed a 27-point performance against the Spurs on Wednesday.

With Arron Afflalo still out and Wilson Chandler suffering an ankle injury, Gallinari and Gary Forbes drew the starts. Gallo hit three three-pointers as part of his 17-point night. Forbes made only one bucket on seven tries, but did pull down five rebounds. Kenyon Martin added eight points and nine rebounds. Raymond Felton had just five points, but distributed the ball for eight assists and stole the ball three times.

For the Wizards, JaVale McGee (13 points, 13 rebounds) and Trevor Booker (10 points, 10 rebounds) led the team with their double-doubles. Nick Young played 33 minutes as a reserve and scored 10 points. Rookie John Wall finished with 13 points, six assists and three blocks. They were outshot by the Nuggets, 49.4 percent to 42.0 percent.

The Nuggets (44-29, 30-7 home) are off until Wednesday when they host the Sacramento Kings.
