Nuggets Vs. Lakers Score Update: Lakers Lead 46-45 At Half

It has been a very well-played opening 24 minutes between the Denver Nuggets and the Los Angeles Lakers, with the Lakers holding a 46-45 lead heading into the half.

The Nuggets have already had eight different players score, with Andre Miller and Nene leading the way with nine points each. Danilo Gallinari had a very productive opening half, netting six points and grabbing a team-high five boards in 18 minutes of action. Denver has been excellent on the defensive end of the court, limiting the Lakers to just 47.6% shooting from the field.

Los Angeles utilized its talented frontcourt to take the lead after 24 minutes. In his first game since coming back from a suspension, Andrew Bynum scored 13 points and grabbed four rebounds in just 13 minutes. Pau Gasol added 11 points and three rebounds. The combination of Bynum and Gasol has been efficient from the field, hitting 10/14 shot attempts.
