Former Morehead St. Eagles forward Kenneth Faried is in limbo right now while the NBA lockout is in place. While he is a Denver Nuggets draft pick, he can't be considered a Nugget until he signs his rookie contract--whenever that may be.
So, while we wait for that to settle, Faried has decided to return to Morehead State as part of a group of NBA players who are playing a game at the university on Tuesday, Oct. 18, reports the Morehead News.
When the NBA does return to action, Faried might find himself starting at power forward for the Nuggets, something that George Karl doesn't do often with a rookie. But the Nuggets expect to lose Nene in free agency and they already saw Kenyon Martin bolt for China.
