Denver Nuggets Final Score: Nuggets Send Cavaliers To 19th Straight Loss

The Denver Nuggets won their fourth game in a row and third in a row on the road following their 117-103 victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers on Friday night. The Nuggets led, 70-50, at halftime, though the Cavaliers made things a bit closer after outscoring the Nuggets, 33-23, in the third quarter.

Carmelo Anthony led the Nuggets with 33 points, seven rebounds and five assists. It was, though, another tough night shooting for Melo, making only 9-of-22 shots from the field (but 15-of-18 at the line!). Arron Afflalo added 23 points and seven rebounds. Kenyon Martin pulled down nine boards and scored eight points. Nene contributed seven points in nine minutes, but left due to his calf injury. He rested for the rest of the game.

J.J. Hickson led the Cavaliers with 24 points and 14 rebounds, and Antawn Jamison finished with 20 points, 12 rebounds and six assists. Ramon Sessions scored 14 points and distributed the ball 13 times.

The Nuggets (28-18, 8-13 away) face the 76ers in Philadelphia on Sunday night at 4:00 p.m. MT.
