Denver Nuggets Final Score: Carmelo Anthony Scores 36 In 121-107 Victory Over Pacers

The Denver Nuggets bounced back from their Friday night loss to the Los Angeles Lakers with a 121-107 victory over the Indiana Pacers on Sunday night. Carmelo Anthony led the team with 36 points and eight rebounds. He went 14-of-27 from the field (6-of-8 from beyond the arc). Nene contributed with a double-double of 15 points and 10 rebounds (he finished with four steals as well).

Off the bench, Al Harrington contributed 16 points and Ty Lawson 13. As a team, the Nuggets shot 51.1 percent and 55.0 percent from three-point land.

Tyler Hansbrough led the Pacers with 27 points and 10 rebounds, and Paul George had 17 off the bench.

The Nuggets (25-18, 20-5 home) embark on a five-game road trip that sees them land first in Washington on Tuesday and then finish it in New Jersey on Jan. 31. Denver Stiffs' Nate Timmons hopes the Nuggets can go undefeated during the road trip in order to make the team's road record look somewhat better (currently 5-13 on the road).
