The Broncos will receive no break after a tough Monday night loss that featured far too many first quarter mistakes against the Falcons. After falling 27-21 on the road for their first loss of the season, the Broncos get to head back to Denver, but they'll have to face the very tough Houston Texans.
With dominating, 20-point victories over both the Miami Dolphins and the Jacksonville Jaguars, the Texans haven't exactly had a test yet, but they've looked far from vulnerable. Denver comes off an entirely different track, in which they've had to face two of the NFL's toughest tests in the Steelers and the Falcons in consecutive weeks.
The clash of the two playoffs hopefuls promises to be one of the more intriguing matchups of Week 3.
Game time/date: 2:25 p.m. MT, Sunday, Sept. 23
Location: Sports Authority Field, Denver, Co.
TV: CBS
Odds: Denver opened as a 1-point favorites
