NFL Odds Week 2: Broncos Vs. Falcons

In a battle of NFC and AFC contenders, the Denver Broncos travel to Atlanta as three-point underdogs, despite the big win against the Steelers in Week 1.

The line hasn't moved much, with Atlanta opening as 3.5-point favorites, likely due to how the home team is generally given an automatic three points against the line. It's expected that this is going to be a game between two relatively closely-matched teams, even with Peyton Manning making it known that he's getting closer and closer to his old self.

The Broncos beat the Steelers 31-17 at home on Sunday, with the defense standing tall and making the game-changing play at the end to preserve the victory. Manning made the playmakers around him even better, with Eric Decker and Jacob Tamme putting up big games.

The Falcons, meanwhile, demolished the Kansas City Chiefs in their 40-24 victory and showcased what could be one of the NFC's top offenses. Roddy White and Julio Jones could be the league's top receiving duo, and will pose a tough task for the Denver defense, so good a year ago and again to start the season in 2012.

The over/under on the game is currently set at 51, with bettors obviously expecting a high-scoring game between these two dangerous offenses.
