The Denver Broncos got a spot of good news on Tuesday morning when The Denver Post got word the DE Elvis Dumervil would avoid any criminal charges in connection with the Miami nightclub incident in mid July:

On July 15, Dumervil was arrested in Miami for aggravated assault with a firearm. His legal representation at the time confirmed he did not yet have any charges filed against him, but there were reports that Dumervil and his first displayed a firearm in connection with a road rage incident.
Dumervil, 28, is entering his sixth season in the NFL. He currently sports 52.5 career sacks after adding another 9.5 sacks in 2011.
