The Denver Broncos and Peyton Manning look to improve to 2-0 in the preseason when they take on the Seattle Seahawks at Sports Authority Field at Mile High on Saturday night. The Broncos defeated the Chicago Bears, 31-3, on Thursday, Aug. 9, at Soldier Field.

Manning played just a dozen snaps in that contest and threw an interception to end his time on the field, but look for him to play the first quarter and possibly into the early part of the second. The quarterback rotation behind Manning is unknown, but there's a good chance that rookie Brock Osweiler might relieve Manning in this game. Caleb Hanie was first in during the previous game, but Osweiler is likely to be Manning's backup when the regular season starts.

This will be another game to watch the rookies in, especially rookie defensive end Derek Wolfe. A second-round pick, Wolfe can seize the starting defensive end position during these preseason games with Jason Hunter out for the season with a torn triceps muscle. One rookie who is unlikely to play is third-round running back Ronnie Hillman. He re-aggravated his hamstring -- the same injury that kept him out of the Bears contest -- during practice earlier in the week.

Game time: 7:00 p.m. MT
