The Denver Broncos have a lot of expectations for Peyton Manning this season, who looks to rebound after a loss season due to neck injury and revamp a Broncos offense that failed the team's dynamic defense last season with Tim Tebow under center.

Part of that expectation is the effect his presence will have on the receivers and tight ends, an effect reflected in SB Nation's latest rankings of the top fantasy football tight ends. Jacob Tamme, who had just 19 receptions and a touchdown last season with the Colts, is ranked No. 5 on the list.

Tamme has just 92 receptions total in his in four year career, yet certainly showcased high potential in 2010 when he caught 67 passes for 631 yards with Peyton Manning as his quarterback. It certainly stands to reason that the same chemistry should exist once more between the two.

Manning's arm strength has apparently suffered so far in camp and it's expected that Tamme could become his short-range outlet, similar to the role that Dallas Clark filled for so long in Indianapolis. If you're looking for a surprise pick at tight end that could potentially put up surprisingly big numbers, then Tamme is certainly the guy to look for.
