Peyton Manning Shows Elite Accuracy Early In Broncos Training Camp

Denver Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning is working hard to regain his All-Pro form after four neck surgeries and plenty of time away from the football field, and everyone is excited about the impeccable timing and accuracy of his throws during the early stages of training camp. The wide receiver group has so far come away particularly impressed with Manning, and Jason Cole of Yahoo! Sports found that Demaryius Thomas had some gushing praise for his new signal caller:

...Manning's accuracy was impeccable. He put throws in tight spots and consistently made it easy for his receivers. Working primarily with wide receivers Demaryius Thomas and Eric Decker, and tight ends Jacob Tamme and Joel Dreessen, Manning put throw after throw into the tight window between the top of their shoulders and the top of their waist.

"Tim was a running quarterback where sometimes you would see the ball coming out of your break and sometimes you were doing an adjustment because he broke the pocket," Thomas said. "Peyton is a pocket quarterback where you're getting the ball coming out of your break every single time."

No matter how well Manning plays during practice, the Broncos are going to be cautious about his workload during camp.
