Peyton Manning Is The 50th Best Player In The NFL, According To His Peers

Peyton Manning was widely considered professional football's best player for an abnormally long period of time, but after a severe neck injury wiped away the quarterback's entire 2011 season, there's some debate as to how good the future Hall of Famer can be in Denver next season. In a recent poll conducted by NFL Network, Manning was ranked the 50th best player in the league by his peers.

The middle-of-the-pack ranking is indicative of the uncertainty surrounding the Broncos' prized free agent signing. Manning might return to his legendary form, or he might finally be showing chinks in the armor after 13 NFL seasons.
