NFL.com reporter Albert Breer updated his 2012 NFL mock draft on Monday, and he likes the idea of the Denver Broncos going with Stanford tight end Coby Fleener in the first round. This pick, Breer says, is inspired by Denver's acquisition of quarterback Peyton Manning.
Have loved the idea of this since Peyton Manning landed in Denver, even if the club just signed a couple of vets at this position of need.

Fleener was the second-leading receiver for Stanford in 2011 -- he finished the year with 34 receptions, 667 yards and a team-best 10 touchdown receptions. Statistically, it was his best season in college.
Denver has already signed tight ends Jacob Tamme and Joel Dreessen this offseason.
