2012 NFL Mock Draft: Broncos Receive WR Kendall Wright In National Football Post's Latest Projection

Just because the Denver Broncos have Peyton Manning as its quarterback doesn't mean the offense is set by any means. Manning has capable receivers in Demaryius Thomas and Eric Decker and the addition of tight ends Joel Dreessen and Jacob Tamme should help things, but Manning can never have too many options to throw to during the season. The Broncos could very well target a receiver in the first round, as the National Football Post projects in its latest NFL mock draft:

25. Denver Broncos: Baylor WR Kendall Wright
After signing QB Peyton Manning, adding a big play threat to open up the field vertically and complement the pieces the Broncos already have in place makes a lot of sense for Denver.

Having Thomas and Wright as Manning's top two options with Decker as the No. 3 receiver would certainly make for some good times for Manning. However, the Broncos might be leaning more toward defense, specifically a defensive tackle. With the loss of Brodrick Bunkley to the Saints and no one signed in free agency yet, the Broncos could certain target a defensive tackle such as Penn State's Devon Still or Michigan State's Jerel Worthy.
