2012 NFL Draft Results: Toney Clemons Selected By Steelers

Despite a tough season on both sides of the ball for the Colorado Buffaloes, one guy that provided consistent leadership and production was Toney Clemons. Clemons, who started his career at Michigan, recorded 43 catches during each of his two seasons in Boulder. He played his best football at the end of his career, going over 100 yards receiving in three of his last four games.

Clemons is the only WR the Steelers have selected so far in the draft. He is a smart football player that showed the ability to get open against the defense. He has struggled with dropping the ball at times in his career, but if he can show the consistency that was on display at the end the season, he could find a role in Pittsburgh.
