2012 NFL Draft Results: Arizona Selects Nate Potter

The perception that Boise St. doesn't have a lot of NFL talent will certainly be changing after the 2012 NFL Draft, as Nate Potter became the sixth Bronco selected. Potter was selected in the 7th round by the Arizona Cardinals and will provide offensive line depth for a team hoping to compete in the NFC West.

Potter started every game during his final two seasons at Boise St. and provided excellent protection for Kellen Moore at the left tackle position. While he played primarily tackle at the collegiate level, Potter possesses the athleticism and versatility to really play any position on the offensive line.

Potter is the third offensive lineman the Cardinals have selected in the draft and they have put a clear focus on improving the depth along the line. The key for this group will be providing Kevin Kolb with enough time to get the ball to all the offensive weapons Arizona possesses.
