2012 NFL Mock Draft: Mel Kiper Jr. Of ESPN Projects DT Kendall Reyes To Broncos At No. 25

The 2012 NFL Draft begins on Thursday night at 6 p.m. MT on NFL Network and ESPN, and in Mel Kiper Jr.'s 2012 NFL Mock Draft the Denver Broncos are projected to take University of Connecticut defensive tackle Kendall Reyes at No. 25 overall. The ESPN draft guru thinks Denver should take the best available interior defensive lineman, and says "I know they like Reyes."

Interestingly, Reyes is listed as the ninth-best defensive tackle according to positional rankings at Mocking The Draft, but his scouting report offers glowing praise for a disruptive style of play and versatility along the defensive line and comes with a bold prediction that Reyes has a good chance at being selected in the first round. Perhaps Reyes is one of those late risers in mock drafts and will be a surprise selection on Thursday night in the first round.
