2012 NFL Mock Draft: Michael Brockers To Denver Broncos, According To Mocking The Draft's Final Projection

The waning hours, the sweaty palms, the final tweaks to the big board -- it's almost time for the 2012 NFL Draft. It's also time for the last meaningless mock drafts to come out, because there's nothing better than wasting time by predicting the NFL draft. Over at Mocking the Draft, a final projection has been released and the Broncos are taking LSU Tigers defensive tackle Michael Brockers with the No. 25 overall pick:

The Broncos made the biggest move of the offseason by adding Peyton Manning. Now the team has to determine if they need to add weapons around him. A true vertical receiver like Stephen Hill will be attractive for the team. But the Broncos can't fall too in love with its offense and forget the needs on defense. Namely, Denver needs a pair of defensive tackles who can occupy blockers to free up Elvis Dumervil and Von Miller. In the LSU defense, Brockers was often asked to take up blockers. His upside is high, so he may not be around by the time this pick comes up.

Brockers could also be a top-15 selection, which would totally throw off this pick. Or he might not go that high. The Broncos do need a defensive tackle and should have their choice of several when they pick at No. 25 -- or if they pick at No. 25. There's bound to be some mock draft that will correctly "predict" the Broncos pick. Will it be this one?
