2012 NFL Mock Draft: Broncos Could Look At Boise State RB Doug Martin

The Denver Broncos have had great success with their last draft selection out of Boise State: offensive tackle Ryan Clady from the 2008 draft. Will the Broncos look to the northwest once again and pluck a Broncos from Boise tate? The Denver Post's Jeff Legwold has released his own mock draft and h foresees the Broncos taking Boise State running back Doug Martin with the No. 25 pick:

In this scenario, they face the decision between need and impact. Michigan State DT Jerel Worthy would get a long look for need, but for impact Boise State RB Doug Martin.

This will likely be what it comes down to in the Broncos' draft room next Thursday. Does the team take a defensive tackle, a position the team has ignored in the first round of the draft for over a decade, or will it look to put an offensive weapon, like a running back, on the field for Peyton Manning?

Defensive tackle seems like it should be the pick since running backs fall all the time. Denver might be better off waiting until Round 2 to grab a running back.
