2012 NFL Draft: Kirk Cousins, Ryan Lindley To Visit Broncos

The Denver Broncos have Peyton Manning for at least the next couple of years even though his contract last for five years. Whether he plays the entire length of the deal is another question. The Broncos will surely look to select a developmental quarterback in the 2012 NFL Draft to learn from Peyton Manning over part of his contract. Might he be the Michigan St. Spartans' Kirk Cousins or the San Diego St. Aztecs' Ryan Lindley, who will visit the Broncos this week, according to the Denver Post.

The Broncos have been quiet about which prospects they have met so far, but there have been a few that leaked out. We already know the Broncos went down to Arizona St. to see Brock Osweiler work out.

With Caleb Hanie and Adam Weber the other quarterbacks behind Peyton Manning on the roster, the Broncos surely do need another signal caller, especially one who can be groomed to take over for Manning at some point in the future.

All three quarterbacks are expected to be drafted in the second round or later and possibly not until Day 3 of the draft.
