Broncos Free Agency 2012: Denver To Host William Gay, Jacob Tamme

With Peyton Manning on-board, the Denver Broncos are now full steam ahead at surrounding one of the biggest investments in franchise history with the best possible team. Denver will host both ex-Pittsburgh Steeler and ex-Manning teammate Jacob Tamme today, and both would seriously upgrade two positions of need.

Gay spent the last five seasons in Pittsburgh, amassing 247 tackles and three interceptions while playing in all 80 games. Tamme was a breakout star for Manning in the Colts in 2010 after emerging from obscurity to replace an injured Dallas Clark. In that season he totaled 631 yards after combining for 47 in his previous two seasons, but in 2011 his production plummeted with Manning on the bench.
