Tim Tebow Trade Rumors: Bills Speculated As Top Team For QB

While Peyton Manning patiently waits for his contract, the pastime of speculating on Tim Tebow's future now turns to the murky waters of trading him. Where will he go? Will he be a quarterback or a slash type of player? Over at NFL.com, Gregg Rosenthal lists his top five teams who might want to trade for Tebow, and the team at the top is the Buffalo Bills:

The Bills do make football sense. Coach Chan Gailey is perhaps the pro game's best at getting creative with mobile quarterbacks. He's the rare coach who would know what to do with Tebow. He could upgrade the backup position behind Ryan Fitzpatrick. Gailey could create packages for Tebow on the goal line and in short yardage, like the coach once did for Kordell Stewart.

But on the downside, Rosenthal is unsure whether Tebow would want to be a slash player, which doesn't mean much since Tebow doesn't have a say in where he will go.

Rosenthal adds the Jacksonville Jaguars as the No. 2 team because of owner Shad Khan's interest, but with Chad Henne backing up Blaine Gabbert, there doesn't appear to be room for Tebow. The Cleveland Browns, the Miami Dolphins and the New England Patriots round out the top five.
