Broncos' Von Miller Welcomes Peyton Manning

As if things couldn't get more awkward for Denver Broncos QB Tim Tebow, he'll now have to read his teammates lavishing praise on new Broncos QB Peyton Manning in the press. The latest to do so is LB/DE Von Miller, who gave Tebow the requisite lip service before expressing his excitement over being Manning's teammate:

"I love Tim Tebow on and off the field - he is a great teammate," Miller told [ESPN's Josina] Anderson. "But we can learn a lot more from Peyton Manning because he's been to Super Bowls, he's a four-time MVP."

(via Pro Football Talk)

Of course, there's nothing malicious about Miller's statement, but Tebow will have to get used his teammates (or soon to be ex-teammates) saying that they're happy to have a different quarterback under center than the one who just lead them to a thrilling playoff victory.
