Strike Reggie Wayne from being part of a package deal with Peyton Manning, wherever he winds up. On Tuesday night, the first night of free agency, Wayne re-signed with the Indianapolis Colts, according to Adam Schefter and Jason La Canfora.

There were reports that Wayne would join Manning and tight end Dallas Clark in Denver as part of a trio, but that can't happen now. Still, Manning has the Broncos as one of his top two teams and is set to decide soon. Clark should be a target for the Broncos nonetheless since the team has lacked a pass-catching tight end for several seasons already.
As for the Colts, Andrew Luck will have a nice target to throw to in his first several years in Indianapolis.
